How do I activate my test kit?

Go to and click the tab at the top titled, “Activate test kit.” Fill out the required information, including the serial number that is found on your blood spot card and your 5-digit passcode listed on the instruction card. After following these steps, your test kit will be activated.

How long does it take before I receive results from the test kit?

It normally takes two to three weeks before your results are uploaded. It takes about one week for Heartland Labs to receive the blood spot card and an additional 1-2 weeks for the lab to process your results.

If you purchased your test kit internationally, the time it takes for your results to be ready will vary depending on the country you purchased it from. Average arrival time to the lab is 2-6 weeks.

How will I find out when my test kit results are ready?

Once your test kit results are processed, you will receive an email notification that explains how to retrieve the results online.

How do I login to view my test kit results?

You can login with your username or email address associated with your membership and your password. You created your password when you purchased your test kit.

What do I do if I lost my password?

I have already activated my test kit. How do I retrieve my results?

First, login to your membership by using your email address or your username. Then, enter your password that you created for your account. Once logged in, click the button on the top left corner of the homepage titled, "Test Results." This will lead you the page with your results.

How long does it take before the test kit is shipped?

It takes one to three business days before the test kit is shipped.
